R.A.T.S. Airsoft provides a premier airsoft platform for participants of all ages (9+) to apply tactical fundamentals in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Our Saturday “Open Play” sessions are designed to bridge the gap between individual skill and team-based execution, offering a variety of force-on-force scenarios across our 20,000 sq. ft. Urban Lab and 6-acre Woodland Complex. These operations are not just about gameplay; they are about fostering a community built on honor, integrity, and the practical application of communication and strategic movement.

Leadership Development & Multi-Generational Training

Our facility is committed to the growth of the airsoft community, serving as a proving ground for both new operators and seasoned veterans. Through structured game modes and mission-based objectives, participants develop critical life skills such as quick decision-making under pressure, collaborative leadership, and tactical problem-solving. Whether you are navigating our simulated plane crash trail or defending the indoor CQB structures, every session at R.A.T.S. is an opportunity to build confidence and proficiency in a safe, professional, and family-oriented training destination.

General Information:

We are open on Saturdays from 9 to 5 pm.

Doors open at 8 am.

Chrono for airsoft guns begins at about 9:15. We cannot chrono your gun while games are live on the field.

20-30 minute games begin on the field begin at about 10 am, with short breaks between. Games run throughout the day until 5 pm.

A one-hour lunch break is approximately from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. every Saturday.

You can bring lunch in, leave your gear and go out for a quick bite, or purchase a light lunch snack at our store.

If this is your first time coming to RATS, please review the rules posted on the stage in the gym when you arrive.

RATES FOR 2026:

Field Entry cost: $35

Military: $30

Youths 9 – 17: $30

(Minimum Age to play: 9 years old with adult on field playing)

Rental packages are $35 in addition to Field Entry prices.

Rental package includes rifle, face shield and ammo.

Rent a tactical vest with 2 mags all day for $20.

FPS limit for field is 350 – chrono using a .28 bb

FPS for bolt-action sniper is 480 and .42 bb or less is allowed

Weekly Tactical Sessions

Every Saturday that R.A.T.S. is open, we will be doing tactical training sessions for 30 minutes from approximately 12:30 pm to 1 p.m.

This is a free training for anyone that wants to learn about room clearing, tactical movement, teamwork, leadership, decision making, and weapons handling.

Start and end time may vary based on other events at the facility.

This is a great way for anyone new to airsoft to learn the ropes as well as those that have been playing for a while to make improvements and learn new skills.
