We utilize low-impact, high-realism airsoft platforms to allow units to engage in "live" scenarios without the extreme costs or safety distances required by traditional marking rounds (Simunition). This high-fidelity approach enables operators to conduct force-on-force evolutions at full speed, fostering authentic stress inoculation and rapid decision-making in complex environments. By removing the logistical barriers of ballistic ammunition, we maximize "time on target" for more frequent and repeatable training cycles.
Our 20,000 sq. ft. indoor complex is a modular "Kill House" engineered to support a variety of high-stakes training evolutions. The facility is specifically designed for High-Risk Warrant Service, Active Shooter Response, and Small Unit Tactics (SUT). Additionally, the modular layout allows for advanced instruction in Threshold Management and the navigation of Intersecting Sectors of Fire, providing a realistic environment for professional skill development. Low light opportunities are available for the use of night vision equipment.
Our 6-acre outdoor training complex is equipped with large-scale assets to support specialized missions: Downed Aircraft Recovery (utilizing our dedicated plane crash trail); Vehicle Interdiction (incorporating our tank, helicopter, and transport assets); and K9 Integration (providing a high-distraction, real-world environment for patrol and detection units). Use both the indoor and outdoor options for endless scenarios and options for any needs. Bring your own strategic plans, or let our staff offer up options for you that will keep you on your toes!
Our facility is divided into three distinct operational zones designed for comprehensive tactical development. The Urban Lab consists of a 20,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled indoor complex featuring multi-room structures and variable lighting for specialized low-light or no-light evolution training. For rural or insurgent simulations, The Woodland Complex offers 6 acres of varied terrain equipped with foxholes, trench systems, and elevated positions. All operations are supported by our 7,000 sq. ft. Staging Area, a dedicated space engineered for mission briefings, equipment preparation, and critical After-Action Reviews (AAR).
Every professional training evolution at our facility is overseen by a dedicated Range Safety Officer (RSO) to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols. To maintain unit readiness, our on-site Technical Support Armory provides HPA support, equipment repair, and professional platform rentals, ensuring your team stays 100% operational throughout the training day. Teams are welcome to bring their own equipment to use. Additionally, for units requiring higher complexity, R.A.T.S. can provide an Opposing Force (OPFOR) of trained role players to simulate realistic adversarial encounters and increase the stress-fidelity of your training scenarios.
R.A.T.S. offers Exclusive Facility Access via private bookings on Fridays and select weekdays, providing your unit with 100% exclusivity for sensitive or classified training operations. Our Custom Environment Configuration allows our indoor structures to be modified or "propped" to mimic specific target locations for upcoming missions. Due to the specialized nature of these operations, Custom Quotes are provided based on unit size, the duration of the training evolution, and specific equipment support requirements.
Every Saturday that R.A.T.S. is open, we will be doing skills training sessions during open play for 30 minutes from approximately 12:30 pm to 1 p.m.
This is a free training for anyone that wants to learn about room clearing, tactical movement, teamwork, leadership, decision making, and weapons handling.
Start and end time may vary based on other events at the facility.
This is a great way for anyone new to airsoft to learn the ropes as well as those that have been playing for a while to make improvements and learn new skills.
